Website information
Privacy policy
How this website handles property inquiries and ordinary website use. Updated November 2, 2026.
Information you choose to send.
The property-request form asks for your name, email, optional phone number, city or ZIP code, optional acreage, area of interest and a description of the activity. Information sent by call, text or email may also include photographs, clips and further property details.
We use that information to review service fit, respond to you, discuss scope and pricing, and keep records connected with your request or agreed work. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list.
Form delivery and email.
Website form submissions are processed by FormSubmit and emailed to service@flwildlifeservices.com, using our Titan business mailbox. FormSubmit documents a 30-day submission archive. Its service and email providers process information to deliver and protect these communications.
FormSubmit privacy information ↗. You can use our phone, text or email links instead of the website form. The form does not ask for payment-card details or account passwords.
Video, fonts and website requests.
The site uses YouTube’s embedded player and Google Fonts. These services receive ordinary connection information such as your IP address and browser details when your browser contacts them. Embedded video may use cookies and similar technologies under Google’s policies. The opening video file is hosted with the website.
Our hosting and security providers process ordinary website requests and technical logs to serve and protect the site. This website currently has no added advertising pixel or website-analytics script. Search Console is used to understand Google Search visibility.
Google privacy policy ↗. Your motion preference is saved in your own browser’s local storage so the site can remember Pause motion. You can clear it through your browser settings.
Records and your questions.
Inquiry and correspondence records are kept while needed to respond, carry out agreed work and handle related business records. To ask about your information, request a correction or ask for deletion, contact service@flwildlifeservices.com. Some records may need to be retained for agreed work or applicable obligations.
Property details and inquiry contact information are not intended for public display. This policy may be updated as the website or service tools change.
