Website terms 

A clear starting point for using the site and requesting a property review. Updated November 2, 2026. 

Information and service requests. 

This website describes wildlife-management and property-monitoring interests and provides ways to request a review. Availability and service fit are confirmed directly for the particular property and situation. 

Submitting a form or sending a message does not confirm an appointment, establish a price or authorize work. Scope, pricing, timing and access must be agreed separately before work proceeds. A separate quote or service agreement identifies the party carrying out the work and the applicable terms. 

Accurate property information. 

Provide information you are authorized to share. Tell us whether you own the property or are acting for the owner, and discuss access and boundaries before any visit. The website is not a guide to handling, trapping or relocating wildlife yourself. 

Photographs, video and artwork. 

Trail-camera media is recorded footage rather than a live feed. A sighting does not establish a specific outcome, removal or ongoing condition. Landscape imagery is illustrative and the animated bobcat is decorative. Please ask before reusing the business’s logos or supplied media. 

External services and the animal program. 

YouTube, form delivery and linked websites operate under their own policies. The Animal Ambassadors page directs visitors to the current Iron Raven program. Sponsor accounts, subscriptions and payments remain with that program and its checkout; they are not transferred by visiting this website. 

This site currently takes no online service payments or sponsorship subscriptions.
